Excellent food, in house and delivered. Loved the dosa, burjani and chana masala. Be sure to get the mango lassi to cool the spice a little.

Uber eats order. I had chicken 777 and garlic naan bread. Spicy and very flavorful. My cravings were satisfied! It was packed well and still warm. Can't review ambiance for obvious reasons. My Indian acquaintances were right about this restaurant! Recommended!

Have dined in and ordered delivery. Food is best to the description. Better if they can handle the weekend rush. Seating is simple and accommodating. Portions are good. Best when served hot, delivered ones seemed dry (my experience).

Took the family to Godavari for dinner, and it totally hit the spot! The biryanis, curries, naan, drinks--everything was packed with flavor without being too heavy or oily. The place was super clean, and the customer service was great. If you're looking for authentic Telugu food in ATX, this is the place. We'll definitely be back!

The food was absolutely amazing. The staff was very kind friendly and attentive. Our food came out quickly and hot. It was very clean and the decor was up to date. We had the butter naan, garlic naan, chicken vindaloo, old city veg dum biryani, mango lassi and a dirty mango lassi. My Moms feelings would be hurt if we told her this food was better than hers so I'll just say it was one of the best Indian restaurants we've ever been to.

AMBIANCE/SERVICE: - Plenty of parking - Attentive waiters - Cute interior of the restaurant FOOD: - Chili chicken: amazing flavor and very crunchy, my favorite dish we ordered! - Butter chicken: very tasty, but could improve their sauce to meat ratio - Dosa: good flavor, but a bit thicker and wasn't super crispy - Mutton Biryani: the flavor was okay, the rice to meat ratio could be improved OVERALL: - Good food, but I think the meat ratio could be improved with a few of their dishes. I would go back again!

Came here for the lunch buffets on Wednesday and it was pretty solid. I tried all the meat options and skipped most of the vegetarian options. The curry options were pretty good and the South Indian street food that was included with the buffet was yummy. The attendants came by regularly to take away dirty plates. Even though it's a bit out of the way, I would definitely come back for the buffet since it was a pretty enjoyable experience.
